Common use of Class Member Information Clause in Contracts

Class Member Information. No later than ten (10) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, ▇▇▇▇▇ Mart shall provide the Claims Administrator with the name, email address, and physical address of each Settlement Class Member (collectively, “Class Member Information”) that ▇▇▇▇▇ Mart possesses. ▇▇▇▇▇ Mart warrants and represents that it will provide the most current Class Member Information for all Class Members as such information is contained in its records.
