Common use of Class Member Information Clause in Contracts

Class Member Information. No later than ten (10) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Nonstop shall provide the Settlement Administrator with Settlement Class Member information necessary for the Settlement Administrator to mail the Postcard Notice to Settlement Class Members.
