Common use of Class Member Information Clause in Contracts

Class Member Information. a. No later than five (5) business days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Filters Fast shall provide the Settlement Administrator with the name, address, e- mail, and other contact information that Filters Fast has in its possession for each Settlement Class Member for which it has such information; b. For each Settlement Class Member, Filters Fast will provide the Settlement Administrator with (i) the last four (4) digits of all credit and / or debit cards used by all Settlement Class Members at the Filters Fast website during the Incident Period, and (ii) the corresponding date(s) and purchase details of all purchases made by Settlement Class Members at the Filters Fast website during the Incident Period; c. To the extent possible, Filters Fast shall match the information required by subsection (b) of this Paragraph to the name or identity of the Settlement Class Member. d. The information required by this Paragraph shall mean and collectively be referred to as “Class Member Information.”
