CLASS NOTICE, OPT-OUTS, AND OBJECTIONS. 6.1 Notice shall be disseminated pursuant to the Court’s Preliminary Approval Order. 6.2 The Settlement Administrator shall oversee and implement the Notice Plan approved by the Court. All costs associated with the Notice Plan shall be paid from the Settlement Fund.
