Common use of Class of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Class of Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into the Classes of Certificates listed on the cover of the Prospectus, which Classes shall have the Class designations, Original Class Balances and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus.
