Common use of Class of Stock Clause in Contracts

Class of Stock. Each of Holdings, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries ----- -- ----- shall at all times have a voting class of capital stock and a non-voting class of capital stock, provided that not less than ninety-five percent (95%) of the -------- value of the capital stock of Holdings, the Borrower or such Subsidiary, as the case may be, shall be represented by the non-voting class of capital stock.
