Common use of Class Plan Clause in Contracts

Class Plan. The Employer shall maintain a position classification plan. Amendments to the classifications may be made by the Employer from time to time as changes in organization and work assignments require. Written class specifications for each class of position shall be provided to applicable employees and a complete set of class specifications shall be provided to a designated elected union official.
