Common use of Class Representative Payment Clause in Contracts

Class Representative Payment. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the initially scheduled hearing on Final Approval, the Class Representatives may additionally apply to the Court for an Incentive Award from Defendant of $3,571.42 each (for a total of approximately $25,000) as compensation for (a) the time and effort undertaken in and risks of pursuing the Litigation, including the risk of liability for the Parties’ costs of suit, and (b) the general release set forth in Section 7.1.
