Class Size and Ratio Clause Samples

The Class Size and Ratio clause establishes the minimum and/or maximum number of students permitted in a class and the required ratio of students to teachers or staff. In practice, this clause may specify that no class should exceed a certain number of students, or that there must be at least one teacher for every set number of students, such as 1:20. By setting these limits, the clause ensures manageable class sizes, promotes effective supervision, and helps maintain a quality learning environment.
Class Size and Ratio. Class size and ratio shall be determined by Community Care Licensing, Title 22 and California Department of Education, Title 5 regulations.
Class Size and Ratio. FC will ensure that classroom ratios be maintained at 10 to 1 at all times. Group size will not exceed 20 children in one room.
