Class VI. Part-Time Employees These employees shall be paid in accordance with the classification of work for which they are hired and perform, and shall progress through the various wage brackets within said classification by working the number of hours commensurate with the schedule as outlined in each classification. Employer may not have more than one (1) part-time employee for each full-time employee. (Note: See Page 32) Employer may not have more than one (1) part-time employee for each full-time employee. * Employees progressing from this classification to Class (a) shall start at the second step of the classification. ** Employees progressing from this classification to Class III shall start at first step of the classification. ♦♦♦Employees progressing from this classification to Class II shall start at the 2nd step of the classification. Night Shift Differential—All third shift employees shall be paid 714c per hour in addition to their regular rate. However, all employees who were third shift em­ ployees as of November 1,1958, shall con­ tinue to receive 12Y2C per hour. This change in third shift differential pertains only to employees hired or transferred to third shift after November 1, 1958. Special Note: Over-rated Employees: All present employees shall receive the classification increase, or 5c per hour, whichever is the greater for the first year; 3c second year; 3c third year.
