Classes and Types of Advances. Advances and Borrowings are distinguished by “Class” and “Type”. The “Class” of an Advance or Borrowing refers to the determination of whether such Advance or Borrowing consists of Revolving Advances or Swing Line Advances. The “Type” of an Advance refers to the determination of whether such Advance is a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Advance.
