Common use of Classes of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Classes of Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into ten classes of Senior Certificates, two classes of Residual Certificates, three classes of Mezzanine Certificates and three classes of Subordinate Certificates having the terms and conditions hereafter set forth. (2) The X Class Certificates are Interest Only Certificates, have no Class Balance, and shall bear interest on their notional principal balance, which shall be calculated as described in the Senior Prospectus. (3) The R Class Certificate and RL Class Certificates have no Class Balance and do not bear interest.

Classes of Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into ten classes eight Classes of Senior Certificates, two classes one Class of Residual Certificates, three classes Classes of Mezzanine Certificates and three classes Classes of Subordinate Certificates having the terms and conditions hereafter set forth. The class Final Distribution Date for each Class of Senior Certificates, and the Last Scheduled Distribution Date for each Class of Certificates other than the Senior Certificates, shall be the Distribution Date in July 2028.
