Common use of Classes of Membership Clause in Contracts

Classes of Membership. The LLC shall have four classes of Units: --------------------- Class A-1 Units, Class A-2 Units, Class A-3 Units and Class M Units. Each such class shall have the rights and obligations set forth for such class herein. Except as otherwise provided herein, any Member may own Class A-1 Units, Class A-2 Units, Class A-3 Units, and Class M Units or any combination thereof.
