Classification and Disputes. The classification of each of the Transmission Line Land Rights and Transmission Substation Land Rights, as determined in accordance with Sections 2.1 through 2.4, shall be listed on Schedule 3.2 and Schedule 3.3, respectively. ------------ ------------ If ATCLLC and the Contributor are unable to agree on the classification of a particular item, either party shall have the right to request that the dispute be resolved by the PSCW.
