Classification and Salary Study. The State and Bargaining Unit 21 agree to conduct a classification and salary study to result in recommendations for adoption through collective bargaining and the State Personnel Board. A joint committee consisting of an equal number of management and Union representatives shall be formed to make advisory recommendations. The study will be completed within 9 months after the Union ratifies the Bargaining Unit 21 Contract.
