Classification Description. Section 1. The Employer shall develop all job descriptions and determine the classifications for said descriptions. All job descriptions shall be in writing with a complete set of said descriptions retained by the Employer and the Union. Section 2. Any new job descriptions developed and classified by the Employer or the reclassification of an existing job description by the Employer shall be discussed with the Union. In the event of a dispute over the subject job description or classifications of said descriptions the Employer can implement said job classification. Section 3. In the event of dispute over the implementation of a new job description or classification, the issue will be subject to the grievance procedure.

All employees will be held accountable, per their job classification, for the knowledge and performance of work on all products offered by the Company to its customers, subject to the Company’s obligation to adequately train employees on all products they are expected to know and perform.
