Classroom Observation. When classroom observation is part of the evaluative process, a GSEAU generally will be provided advanced notice of the date of the observation. Management ▇▇▇ observe teaching performance at any time and, while a GSEAU will ordinarily have advanced notice of such action, the GSEAU may not if, in Management’s judgment, circumstances do not warrant it.
