Classroom Visits for Evaluation. 1. Year 1 and Year 2 Professional Employees will have one scheduled formal classroom observation each semester. The administrator will schedule the formal classroom observation at least one day in advance. The second classroom observation each semester will be an unscheduled classroom observation and the administrator is not required to give prior notice for the second classroom observation.
