Clause 30. 9.1 shall not apply to any winding-up petition (or analogous procedure or step) which is frivolous or vexatious and is discharged, stayed or dismissed within seven days of commencement or, if earlier, the date on which it is advertised.
Clause 30. 1.1 shall not apply to any amount received or recovered by the Issuing Bank in respect of any cash cover provided for the benefit of that Issuing Bank.
Clause 30. Clause 30. 7 There shall be a clear break between the conclusion of a full rehearsal of a whole time performance and the commencement of another full rehearsal for a whole time performance or performance of one and a half hours.
Clause 30. 6 If there is a break of: less than two hours between the conclusion of one whole time performance and the beginning of the next performance of the same length; or between the conclusion of a second whole-time performance on the same day; the Employer shall provide an Employee with a satisfactory meal. Alternatively, the Employer may pay to the Employee the amount set out in Table E of Schedule 1 in lieu of the meal. The Employer shall also provide tea and coffee or the ingredients and facilities to make and serve same.
