Common use of Clause ▇ Clause in Contracts

Clause ▇. The time for achieving practical completion is twenty four (24) weeks, inclusive of the 14-day period referred to in Clause 5.3.2 below, and inclusive of all non-working days referred to in Clause 5.8.1 and special non-working days (Clause 5.8.1). An alternative time for achieving practical completion can be offered in Part 2: Data Provided by Contractor, which will be evaluated as part of adjudication.
