Common use of Clauses 4 Clause in Contracts

Clauses 4. 1.1 to 4.3.1.10 above shall not apply in respect of – 4.3.2.1 a Permitted Payment; and 4.3.2.2 any action taken with the prior written consent of the Agent.

Clauses 4. 1.1 2.1.1 to 4.3.1.10 4.2.1.11 above shall not apply in respect of – 4.3.2.1 4.2.2.1 a Permitted Payment; and 4.3.2.2 4.2.2.2 any action taken with the prior written consent of the Agent.
