Clauses 7 Clause Samples

Clauses 7. 7.2 to 7.7.5 apply to Introductory, Secure and Flexible tenancies.

Clauses 7. 02 and 7.03 shall apply to the calculation of interest on amounts in default.

Clauses 7. 5 and 8.6 of this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Clauses 7. 5.1 and 7.5.2 shall survive and continue to be valid and binding on the parties before Chuangrun has fully performed its obligations under Clause 17.1.5.

Clauses 7. 2 and 7.3 state the entire liability of Mortgage Brain to you in respect of any a claim as contemplated by clause 7.2.

Clauses 7. 1.1, 7.1.2(ii), 7.1.3(ii), 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of this Agreement shall terminate at such time following it first becoming effective when either (a) the Gazit Investors collectively directly or indirectly or (b) the CPI CEE Investors collectively directly or indirectly, hold legal or beneficial interests in less than 10,000,000 ▇▇▇ Shares.

Clauses 7. 2 to 7.6 relating to the Maintenance Works Contracts shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the Investment Works Contracts.

Clauses 7. 6 and 7.7 of this Agreement and paragraph 8.1 of Schedule 5 (Tax Covenant) (the “Third Party Rights Provisions”) each confers a benefit on certain persons named therein who are not a party to this Agreement (each, for the purposes of this clause 27 (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999), a “Third Party”) and, subject to the remaining provisions of this clause 27 (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999), is intended to be enforceable by the relevant Third Party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
