CLAUSES SELECTED. 4-2.1 The Buyer may, in the Order Form, request the following alternative Clauses: 4-2.1.1 Scots Law (see paragraph 4-2.1.2 of this Schedule); 4-2.1.2 SCOTS LAW Law and Jurisdiction (Clause 41.1) References to England and Wales in the original Clause 41.1 (Law and Jurisdiction) of this Call-Off Contract shall be replaced with Scotland and reference to the courts of England and Wales shall be replaced with the courts of Scotland and the wording of the Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original English and Welsh Law intention despite Scots Law applying. Reference to England and Wales in Working Days definition within Clause 42 shall be replaced with Scotland. References to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall be removed in Clause 40. Reference to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 within definition for FOIA in Clause 43 – Definitions to be replaced with Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Reference to the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 shall be removed in Clause 31.1. References to “tort” shall be replaced with “delict” throughout. 4-2.2 The Buyer may, in the Order Form, request the following alternative Clauses: 4-2.2.1 Northern Ireland Law (see paragraph 4-2.4, 4-2.5, 4-2.6 and 4-2.7 of this Schedule);
