Cleaning and Damage. A standard cleaning fee for the rented spaces is included in the rental fee which includes: o Cleaning bathrooms o Vacuuming o Taking out recycling and trash • The client responsible for the rental of the Aquarium assumes all liability during and as a result of the activity or event. The Aquarium reserves the right to charge the client additional fees as a result of extra security and other Aquarium staff time, excessive cleaning or incurred damage. Any and all damage incurred will be the responsibility of the client and will be subject to forfeiture of the original security deposit in full. Any additional charges deemed necessary to restore the facility and its property to its original condition will be billed. • The client is responsible for having a “greeter” at the front entrance of the Aquarium. The greeter is to be in place 15 minutes prior to the start time and remain throughout guests’ arrival. The greeter should welcome the guests, ensure that they are event attendants and inform them of special instructions. Once the event has commenced, the doors will be locked and the greeter no longer needs to remain at the front. The doors must remain locked whenever the front is unattended during the event. • Photography is limited to the spaces and times rented in this contract unless previously arranged with Aquarium Events Coordinator no later than 14 days prior to rental. Client is responsible for communicating policies to photographer. • Photography sessions on the Aquarium grounds outside of rented hours are available to rent by the hour and can be scheduled through the Aquarium Events Coordinator.
Cleaning and Damage. The student is responsible for keeping the common areas of the apartment building in which the Unit is located and the Unit (and any contents) in good condition and repair. College Village reserves the right to ask students to clean their Units if their condition represents a health and safety concern or will result in the deterioration of the Unit facilities. Failure to cooperate with such request may result in billing to cover College Village costs for cleaning. Damage charges may be assessed to the student for any damages to any Unit, apartment building or Complex common areas incurred during the Term of this Agreement.
Cleaning and Damage. Deposit Renter agrees to restore the Community Hall to its original standard of cleanliness before term of contract is expired. ADDITIONAL Time Will be Charged $10 an Hour Renter forfeits all or part of the deposit if Hall is damaged or requires further cleaning. Any damage to the Premises, Facilities or Equipment, including damage to grass, trees, garden beds, plantings, pavers, and structures, or loss of Equipment, caused by the Hirer or its agents, employees, contractors, volunteers, or guests, or in connection with the Hirer’s use of the Premises, Facilities and Equipment, will be repaired or replaced by the City at the cost of the Hirer. c. The Hirer must promptly notify the City in writing of any accident, damage or loss that occurs at the Premises including damage to or loss of Facilities or Equipment.
Cleaning and Damage. I will be responsible for all cleaning up after my assistance animal, including the sanitary disposal of all waste. I will ensure that my assistance animal uses the designated outdoor location for all bathroom use.

The Hirer must ensure that the Centre/Facilities/Equipment are protected from damage. Any damage to the Centre/Facilities/Equipment will be repaired to the City’s satisfaction at the cost of the Hirer. c. The Hirer must promptly notify the Centre Manager in writing of any accident or damage that occurs at the Premises and pay to the City the cost of any damage to the Centre/Facilities/Equipment caused by the Hirer, their employees, contractors or guests or any persons under its control. d. The Hirer must pay to the City the cost of any Equipment missing as a result of the Hirer’s use.
Cleaning and Damage. 1. It is the staff member’s responsibility to maintain the condition of the space, flooring, and furniture. The staff member must return the room, flooring, and furniture in the same condition it was in at the time of move-in. The resident/animal owner is solely responsible for any damage to College property caused by the animal. This shall include the repair or replacement of any furniture and any cleaning beyond what is routinely conducted for any room at the time of vacating. This may include, but is not limited to, extra steaming cleaning of all floors, furniture, and other fabrics; the abatement of fleas and other pests; and deodorization of the space.

Please report any damage in the damages book which will be kept in a designated place. The completed record should be brought to the attention of a nominated Trustee The hirer cannot store any equipment on the premises without permission.
