Cleaning and Damage Charges. The Resident agrees to pay for additional cleaning and damages of the Apartment, appliances, or facilities above normal wear and tear. Any charges will be billed to the Resident’s University account and can take up to 30 days to post in order to determine the appropriate cost estimates.
