The 'Cleaning contractors' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements for third-party cleaning service providers engaged by a party under the agreement. Cleaning contractors. To engage as cleaning contractors for the said premises only such contractors as may be nominated by the Landlord, provided that the Tenant may in addition to or substitution for such contractors employ its own direct staff for cleaning. Such cleaning contractors shall be employed at the sole expense of the Tenant.
Cleaning contractors. If it is not possible locally on a voluntary basis to agree on any of the above options or to develop another option for cleaning work, it may be requested that the issue be dealt with by the organisations. If this does not yield a result, the enterprise is entitled to appoint a cleaning contractor to do the cleaning work after the end of normal working hours.
Cleaning contractors. The Tenant shall keep the Premises and every part thereof at all times in a clean and sanitary state and condition and dispose of all refuse and rubbish in accordance with the House Rules and shall not bring or keep or suffer to be brought or kept in or on the Premises anything which in the opinion of the Landlord is or may become unclean unsightly or detrimental to the Premises. The Tenant shall, at its own expense, employ cleaning contractors nominated or approved by the Manager pursuant to the Deed of Mutual Covenant for the cleaning of the Premises. The Tenant shall enter into a separate agreement with such cleaning contractors and make all payments direct to such cleaning contractors. The Landlord shall not assume any responsibility for the acts, omissions or neglect of such cleaning contractors and the Tenant shall fully indemnify the Landlord against all claims costs and damage rising out of the acts, omissions or neglect of such cleaning contractors.
Cleaning contractors. To employ cleaning contractors for the Premises which cleaning contractors shall only be such persons or such firm as may be nominated by the Landlord. Such cleaning contractors shall be employed at the expense of the Tenant and at the rate agreed by the Landlord with the contractors provided the rate reasonably reflects market rates for such services.
Cleaning contractors. Party B must hire Party A or a company designated by the management unit, or a company proposed by Party B and agreed upon by Party A or the management unit, to serve as the cleaning contractor for the property. Party B shall hire the cleaning contractor at its own expense.
