CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS. When cleaning your apartment and preparing for move-out, please make sure that all areas in your bed space and Common Areas are clean. This includes, but is not limited to: all appliances (refrigerator, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers), drip pans, cabinets, doors, patios, window screens, baseboards, flooring, windows and ▇▇▇▇▇, toilets, bathtubs, sinks, countertops, nail holes, carpet, ceiling fans, light fixtures, air vents, all shelving, etc… A full paint after occupancy of only 1 year is not considered normal wear and tear.
