Cleaning Premises. Upon vacating the premises Tenant agrees to clean the premises thoroughly or to pay Landlord for the cleaning necessary to restore the premises to its condition when Lessee’s possession commences, natural wear and tear expected regardless of whether the Security Deposit has been forfeited.
