CLEANING STANDARDS. Quality cleaning is expected and required of the Vendor. All cleaning will be accomplished in such a way as to prevent discoloration, damage or disfigurement of the surface being cleaned and surrounding areas. The Vendor is responsible for the prompt removal of all debris that is a result of the contractual service. This section outlines some of the minimum acceptable standards:
