CLEARANCE OF IRREGULAR ATTENDANCE RECORD. If an employee who has been warned or suspended for irregular attendance maintains a good attendance record for six (6) months following such warning or suspension, the attendance record shall be cleared as of the end of such six (6) month period at which time the Company will notify in writing said employee that the record is now clear and no further reference to it shall be made under this clause.
