Common use of CLEC Certification Clause in Contracts

CLEC Certification. 1.1 <<customer_name>> agrees to provide BellSouth in writing the certificate number or docket number, for the docket pending certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 <<customer_name>> Max-Tel agrees to provide BellSouth in writing the certificate number or docket number, for the docket pending certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 <<customer_name>> 32.1 Knology agrees to provide BellSouth in writing the certificate number, company number or docket number, for the docket pending certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate commission for approval. 32.2 Additionally, Knology will notify BellSouth in writing when it becomes certified or has a docket pending certification to operate in any other state in the BellSouth region. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate commission for approval.
