Common use of CLEC Certification Clause in Contracts

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing CCI’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent CCI is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, CCI will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI PLI agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BellSouth in writing CCIPLI’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent CCI PLI is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, CCI PLI will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI if it has not already done so, BTI agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BellSouth in writing CCIBTI’s CLEC certification certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent CCI BTI is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, CCI BTI will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI NOW agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BellSouth in writing CCINOW’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent CCI NOW is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, CCI NOW will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing CCI’s writing, BudgeTel's CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent CCI BudgeTel is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, CCI BudgeTel will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI C.M. agrees to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BellSouth in writing CCIC.M.’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval. 1.2 To the extent CCI C.M. is not certified as a CLEC in each state covered by this Agreement as of the execution hereof, CCI C.M. will notify BellSouth in writing and provide CLEC certification when it becomes certified to operate in any other state covered by this Agreement. Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

Upon notification, BellSouth will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.
