Common use of CLEC Profile Clause in Contracts

CLEC Profile. Before orders can be taken, the CLEC Profile must be completed and returned; and, if required, an advanced deposit paid. NEWSOUTH will provide GTE with its Operating Company Number (OCN), Company Code (CC), and Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) as described in the GTE Guide. NEWSOUTH agrees to warrant to GTE that it is a certified provider of telecommunications service. NEWSOUTH will document its Certificate of Operating Authority on the CLEC Profile and agrees to update this CLEC Profile as required to reflect its current certification.
