CLEC will provide Sample Clauses

CLEC will provide fiber cable to the last entrance (or AT&T-22STATE designated) manhole at the AT&T-22STATE Tandem or End Office building. AT&T-22STATE shall make all necessary preparations in the manhole to receive and to allow and enable CLEC to deliver fiber optic facilities into that manhole. CLEC will provide a sufficient length of fiber cable for AT&T- 22STATE to pull through to the AT&T-22STATE cable vault. CLEC shall deliver and maintain such strands at its own expense up to the POI. AT&T shall take the fiber from the manhole and terminate it inside AT&T-22STATE’s Tandem or End Office building at the cable vault at AT&T- 22STATE’s expense. In this case, the POI shall be at the AT&T-22STATE designated manhole location. Each Party shall provide its own source for the synchronized timing of its FOT equipment.
CLEC will provide. SBC-13STATE with sufficient information to allow SBC-13STATE to evaluate what SBC-13STATE network components, support systems, processes, and technical expertise will be needed for SBC-13STATE to assist CLEC in design coordination meetings between CLEC and SBC- 13STATE. Based upon this information, SBC-13STATE will identify the impacted systems in its network and operations as well as the associated technical subject matter experts (SMEs) of those systems. SBC-13STATE's SMEs will identify (I) information or processes CLEC will need to consider in its service logic for integration onto SBC-13STATE's AIN SCP, (ii) identify functions and services CLEC must incorporate and/or accommodate into is service logic to ensure appropriate interaction, and (iii) any technical incompatibilities with CLEC's requested design.

  • Servicer Shall Provide Information as Reasonably Required The Servicer shall furnish to the Trustee, during the term of this Agreement, such periodic, special, or other reports or information, whether or not provided for herein, as shall be necessary, reasonable, or appropriate in respect to the Trustee, or otherwise in respect to the purposes of this Agreement, all such reports or information to be as provided by and in accordance with such applicable instructions and directions as the Trustee may reasonably require.

  • Information and Consultation 8.1 You are entitled, under the Data Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to inspect personal information held on you in our housing files. We will provide photocopies of this information on request. We may make a charge of up to £10 for this. We will provide you with a copy of any such information we hold within forty days of your request in writing. You may have other rights under that Act in relation to your personal data, which we will honour. You are entitled to check information you have provided in connection with your housing application free of charge. 8.2 We will give you information about your right to buy your house, and the likely consequences for you if you decide to buy your house, before the beginning of the tenancy. We will give you information about our complaints procedure. 8.3 On request, we will provide you with free information relating to: • the terms of your tenancy; • our policy and procedures about setting rent and service charges; • our policy and rules about;- ❖ admission to the housing lists, ❖ allocations, ❖ transfers of tenants between houses, ❖ exchanges of houses between our tenants, and tenants of other landlords, ❖ repairs and maintenance, • the right to buy your house; • the likely consequences for you if you decide to buy your house; • our tenant participation strategy; • our arrangements for taking decisions about housing management and services. 8.4 We will consult you about making or changing: • policies regarding housing management, repairs and maintenance if the proposal is likely to significantly affect you; • proposals for changes in rent and service charges where they affect all or a class of tenants (and you are to be affected); • proposals for the sale or transfer of your house to another landlord; • decisions about the information to be provided relating to our standards of housing management and performance; • performance standards or targets in relation to housing management repairs and maintenance; • our tenant participation strategy. We will take into account any views that you have before making a final decision. Any consultation with you will include giving you comprehensive information in an accessible form and reasonable time to express views.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Agreement to Provide Information Intermediary agrees to provide the Fund, upon written request, the taxpayer identification number (“TIN”), the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (“ITIN”), or other government-issued identifier (“GII”), if known, of any or all Shareholder(s) of the account and the amount, date, name or other identifier of any investment professional(s) associated with the Shareholder(s) or account (if known), and transaction type (purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange) of every purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange of Shares held through each account maintained by the Intermediary during the period covered by the request.

  • Provide Information The Client will provide or cause to be provided to the Custodian all data, information, documents and instructions concerning the Client and the investment activity of the Client in relation to the Portfolio as may be reasonably necessary or as the Custodian may reasonably request, in each case in a complete, accurate and timely manner, in order to enable the Custodian to discharge its duties under this Agreement.
