Click-Through Terms of Service. If any Internal User is required to review and agree to NetDocuments Terms of Service before accessing the Services, such NetDocuments Terms of Service are of no effect with respect to such Internal Users and are superseded by the terms of this Agreement. External Users are required to accept NetDocuments Terms of Service before accessing the Services. The prevailing NetDocuments Terms of Service are located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/terms-of-use/. Customer agrees it will cooperate with NetDocuments at NetDocuments’ reasonable request to enforce these terms against External Users.
