Common use of Client Assignment Clause in Contracts

Client Assignment. The parties agree that Client’s rights with respect to the Work(s) may be freely assigned and licensed, in Client’s absolute and sole discretion, and any such assignment or license will remain binding and inure to the benefit of any such assignee or licensee.
