Common use of Client Communications Clause in Contracts

Client Communications. 13.1 In the absence of the Representative’s material contravention of this Agreement or the Applicable Laws, the Licensee will not directly communicate with the Representative's clients without the Representative’s consent. 13.2 Excepting media advertising, promotions or public marketing generally, the Licensee will not engage in direct marketing of the clients of the Representative without the Representative's prior written consent.
