Common use of Client-initiated 911 Testing Clause in Contracts

Client-initiated 911 Testing. If Client chooses to make test calls to 911, it agrees to obtain prior approval from the relevant state and/or local emergency communications authority as assumes all responsibility for the placement of such calls.
