Client List. From time to time after the date hereof as Registered Representatives affiliate with Buyer, Seller will provide Buyer with Client data as needed to facilitate the acceptance of Client Accounts. No later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing, Seller shall provide to Buyer the list of Clients contemplated by Section 4.14. After Closing, Seller shall provide updates to the Client list as any additional Registered Representatives or Investment Advisor Representatives are affiliated with Buyer.
