Common use of Client List Clause in Contracts

Client List. Attached as Schedule 3 is the complete list of Clients with whom the Company had Revenues from Business of more than US $4,000,000 in the last 12 months. The Company also undertakes to update the list once in a period of three calendar months, until such time that this Agreement terminates. If any of the Clients listed in Schedule 3, is also listed as the Prospect(s) in Schedule 1, then Schedule 1 will take precedence, and Schedule 3 will be deemed not to contain any such name.
