Common use of Client Materials Clause in Contracts

Client Materials. As between the parties, the Client shall retain all right, title and interest (including any and all intellectual property rights) in and to the Client data and information provided by the Client to Cambridge MC pursuant to this Agreement (“Client Materials”). The Client shall grant Cambridge MC the right to use any such data and information as needed and solely for purposes of performing the Services during the term of this Agreement.
