Client Name and ▇▇▇▇. During the term of this Agreement, Client grants Avetta a license to use, display, modify, publish Client’s trademarks and service marks in order to minimize questions from the Client’s supply chain regarding its relationship with Avetta and to facilitate the deployment of the Avetta Services for the Client’s benefit. In exercising the foregoing license, Avetta will place the Client’s name and logo on the Avetta website, along with a notification document to validate the Avetta Services with the Client’s supply chain. Any other use of Client’s trademarks or service marks is subject to Client’s right to review and approve each such proposed use.
