Common use of Client Notification Clause in Contracts

Client Notification. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any business relationship or transaction where the Company reasonably believes that the client is involved in money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity. The Company shall have no liability to the client for any losses or damages incurred because of such actions. The Company is prohibited from informing the client that a report of suspicious activity has been filed with the FIU or that an investigation is underway, in accordance with the anti-tipping-off provisions of FIAMLA.
