Common use of CLIENT ORIENTATION Clause in Contracts

CLIENT ORIENTATION. Prior to admission, the Program Director will discuss the range of services the SRF provides with the client and client’s representative, and how the services of the SRF may benefit the client. Upon admission, the Program Director and Nurse will review all client’s specific plans, treatment and rehabilitation protocols, and process with the client, including the process of developing an Individual Treatment Plan. The client will be assigned a bed, a schedule for meal times, activities’ schedules, and housekeeping rules. A direct care staff will be assigned to the client to tour the facility and provide the client with fire and safety rules, and evacuation plans.
