Client Participation Clause Samples

The Client Participation clause defines the extent and manner in which the client is expected to be involved in the execution of a project or service. Typically, this clause outlines specific responsibilities for the client, such as providing necessary information, resources, or approvals within agreed timelines to facilitate the provider’s work. By clearly establishing the client’s role and obligations, this clause helps prevent delays, miscommunications, and disputes, ensuring that both parties understand their contributions to the project’s success.
