Common use of Client Reference Clause in Contracts

Client Reference. BidContender may not issue any press release regarding the Client’s use of the Platform without the prior written consent of the Client (not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). However, BidContender may use the Client’s name and logo and refer to the fact that the Client is a client of BidContender in its annual report, list of references or presentations to actual or potential clients without the Client’s consent.
