Notwithstanding this relationship, the Employer reserves the following rights regarding each client. In the event that there is a dispute between a client and you or in the event that the Employer does not believe the best interests of the business are being served by you in relation to a client, the Employer has the complete discretion (in consultation with the relevant parties) to allocate or reallocate clients to individual employees in order to achieve the goals of the business. Any behaviour which is regarded as undermining other employees of Macquarie or is not considered to be in the best interests of the business may lead to disciplinary action and in some circumstances may be viewed by the Employer as constituting serious misconduct.
