Common use of Client Representative Clause in Contracts

Client Representative. The person signing this Agreement on behalf of the Client shall represent the Client during the performance of this Agreement with respect to the services and deliverables as defined herein and has authority to execute written modifications or additions to this Agreement. Client may replace the Client Representative at any time upon written notice to Consultant.
