Common use of Client Representative Clause in Contracts

Client Representative. The Client shall appoint a representative for the Services. That person shall have authority to contractually bind the Client on all matters relating to the Services. The Client shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the same person acts as the Client's representative throughout the Term, but may replace that person from time to time where reasonably necessary in the interests of the Client's business.
