Common use of Client Requests Clause in Contracts

Client Requests. NTT must promptly comply with any Client request or instruction from Authorized Persons requiring (a) NTT to amend, transfer, delete or otherwise process the personal data, or to stop, mitigate or‌ remedy any unauthorized processing, (b) Client’s obligations regarding security of processing and (c) Client’s prior consultation obligations in terms of applicable Data Protection Laws, considering the nature of the processing and the information available to NTT.
